Who is Werner Electric?

Werner Electric is a proudly family-owned company with deep roots in the mountain. Sierra has called Lake Arrowhead home since 2000, and Matt has been working in the electrical trade since 2015 — first in industrial electrical, then moving into residential work in 2019. When Matt made the move up to the area in 2022, the two of them knew exactly what kind of company they wanted to build together: one that puts customers first and genuinely enjoys taking care of the friendly people they’re happy to call neighbors here in Lake Arrowhead and the surrounding communities. (We’re also over joyed to welcome ‘Stetson James Werner’ to our family in 2025…future electrician?)

Though Werner Electric is still a young company, it hasn't taken long to earn a reputation for being honest, trustworthy, and reliable — the kind of company that shows up, does quality work, and stands behind it. That's no accident. It's the standard we hold ourselves to on every single job.

At the end of the day, we're two people who care about doing right by our clients and our community. We work hard to make sure every job ends with a result you're happy with — and a neighbor we've earned the trust of. Thank you for considering Werner Electric. We'd be honored to help.

Why Choose Werner Electric?

I never set out to be the biggest electrician on the mountain — just the one my neighbors could count on. When you call Werner Electric, you get me, a licensed C-10 electrician who treats your home the way I'd want someone to treat mine. That starts with honest, fair pricing: I'll tell you straight what a job needs, what it costs, and why, and I'd rather quote you the right work than make a few extra dollars. If something's simpler than you feared, you'll hear that from me too. I think most people up here can tell the difference between someone trying to earn their trust and someone trying to earn a quick dollar, and I've built this business on being the former.

I also know that electrical problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do storms or fires. That's why I make myself available 24/7 — when your power's out, your generator won't start, or something's not right, you shouldn't have to wonder if anyone will pick up. I roll up in a fully stocked service van, so more often than not I've got what your job needs right there with me instead of leaving you waiting on another trip to the supply house. It's a small thing, but it's the kind of small thing that gets your lights back on faster and keeps your day from falling apart.

Over the years I've been proud to earn credentials that mean something to the people I serve. I'm part of SCE’s charge ready home program, an ALA preferred vendor, and a Generac authorized dealer and service technician — which means when it comes to standby power, I'm trained and trusted to install it, warranty it, and keep it running for the long haul, not just sell it and disappear. But the recognition I care about most is the kind you can't apply for: a neighbor telling another neighbor that Werner Electric showed up, did it right, charged them fairly, and stood behind the work. If you give me the chance, that's exactly the experience I'll work to earn from you too.
